I’m usually among the first to volunteer for whichever new task force is required to meet the challenge at-hand. I don’t jump to assume the leadership role, but if I’m committed to being on a team, I will be devoted to ensuring the team’s effectiveness. If strong leadership is present or quickly emerges, I will fervently support the leadership and the team in whatever way is needed to accomplish the task. If leadership has been appointed, I am glad to work behind the scenes to assist that leadership. If leadership is required, then I’m your guy. My meetings are clearly outlined and productive. My task forces are focused and effective.
