This role provided an intentional insight into customer experience, operations and safety on the front line complementing the Transport Planning and Management Masters Degree I was taking at the time. It was practical hands on experience despatching slam door trains safely and providing customer assistance and information to all walks of life at London Bridge station. Invaluable experience that I'll never forget.
