• Creation and maintenance of Shutdown and Capex Procurement Materials Trackers.• Liaise between engineering disciplines to ensure scopes of work are progressed and all Requisitions are created and progressed in a timely manner.• Creation of resources and Requisitions/Purchase Orders for both Shutdown and Capex.• Focal point within Shutdown Team for all Material Issues.• Coordinate all movement of Shutdown material.• Expedite orders and liaise with vendors/buyers.• Responsible for the movement of material off shore to support project, ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times.• Purchase agent for project, including maintenance of vendor database.• Implementation of company terms and conditions in relation to suppliers.• Expedition of all supply issues to ensure delivery times are met at all times, including creation of all shipping manifests.• Responsible for the completion of Bills of Materials lists after interrogation of drawings and schematics, and for liaising with technical departments to ensure information supplied is correct and complete.• Manage storage facilities ensuring they are organised is a safe manner.
