Conducted research focused on the critical challenges of digital transformation within the Swedish manufacturing sector. The thesis explored the primary challenges perceived by stakeholders in the Swedish manufacturing sector as they engage in digital transformation. Through qualitative research, including in-depth interviews with digital champions in industrial production, the study identified four key challenges:- Lack of Digital Awareness: Organizations often underestimate the importance of digital transformation, leading to slow adoption.- Entrenched Institutional Culture: Deep-rooted cultural norms act as barriers to embracing change.- Capacity and Resource Constraints: Limited resources hinder the ability to implement digital initiatives effectively.- Complex Organizational Structures: Multifaceted structures complicate the alignment of digital initiatives with broader strategic goals.

Worked with recruitment of top talents for critical roles in Invent's business growth (executive search). This allowed me to learn about the insides of management consulting. Developed an extensive knowledge over different industries. Moment is the labor day fair of The Royal Mechanical Chapter at KTH. The goal of the fair is to unite students and companies, and to be a bridge for potential future employers/employees. Part of the marketing team but assisted other teams within the organization when necessary. Main responsibilities were writing, developing and supervising texts for the organizations website and social medias.

I was part of the Business Relations Team. My responsibility was to manage and assist one of the exhibiting companies during the fair.
