President/ Co-Owner/ Board of Directors, 2012 to PresentCurrently I am positioned as President for a new and growing consulting company that specializes in damage assessment, appraisals, and umpire services. Presently I conduct onsite evaluations for property damage, generate and compose written presentations, perform appraisal services, and perform umpire services. Although I currently know numerous persons and companies in this field of work, I strive to maintain a fair and impartial position on each case that I am appointed to. Key results:• In 2012, after noticing the need for new and impartial consulting services, I spearheaded the formation of the new Casualty Consulting Group. I supervise all sales force relations, supervise occasional ongoing projects, generate bids for multimillion dollar projects, facilitate warranty programs with closeout procedures, develop and manage customer relationships, while constantly looking for ways to strengthen overall customer satisfaction. Key results:• Increased corporate roofing certifications to include the following; American Weatherstar, Flex Systems, GAF, Gerard Metal Systems, Henry Roofing Systems, Hydro-Stop, Johns Manville, Metal Era Systems, Polyglass Roofing Systems, Quest Construction Products, United Coatings, and Versico.• Co-designed and implemented the first Emergency Standby Contract© to allow clients, in potential natural disaster zones, an opportunity to contract with a contractor prior to storm damage. This allows the client to maneuver around the required association voting wait period restrictions before an assessment, thus expediting repairs up to 90 days. • Co-designed and implemented the Roofing Assets Management (RAM) maintenance program to generate profits while consecutively generating new leads in an economically challenging market simultaneously prolonging clients roofing warranties for a complete tax deduction.• Spearheaded and implemented the use of the following programs/ systems in our current day to day operations: Geo Estimator, International Code Council, Live Hail Maps, Pictomitry, and Xactimate.

I supervised all accountant and financial responsibilities, supervised all ongoing projects, generated bids for multimillion dollar projects, facilitated warranty programs with closeout procedures, developed and managed external financial relationships (e.g., banks, insurers, suppliers), while constantly looking for ways to strengthen overall financial performance. Key results:• Increased corporate roofing certifications to include the following; Carlisle Roofing Systems, Certainteed Roofing Systems, DaVinci Tile Systems, Dow Chemical, Flex Systems, Firestone Building Products, GAF, Gerard Metal Systems, Henry Roofing Systems, Hydro-Stop, Johns Manville, MBCI Metal Panel Systems, Neogard Coatings, Pac Clad Metal Panel Systems, Polyglass Roofing Systems, United Coatings, US Intec, and US Ply.• Managed and supervised the largest single roofing contract for Sunbelt Master Contractors, which was the largest single order placed for Ludowici Roof Tiles from the year 1888 since 2010.• Spearheaded Sunbelt Master Contractors in their RSI Magazine recognition as one of the United States “Top 100 Roofing Contractors.”
