• Overseeing the day to day management of a 15 colleague team in the ordering, flow and distribution of imported products from Europe and Asia.
• Part of the management team providing cover and support to the wider teams when required providing MI and updates for senior management across all areas of the business.
• Coached colleagues in all aspects of end to end supply chain management and personal development
• Managed key relationships with Sourcing teams and FMCG businesses through CPFR whilst influencing and collaborating through regular strategic meetings to ensure delivery was met against all KPI’s.
• Managed the internal relationships with Trading, Merchandising Planning, Logistics and Operations to ensure overall commercial objectives are met.

• Monitor performance of team KPI’s, spot opportunities and risks and set corrective actions
• Helped organise and lead a development programme that involved small regional suppliers, educating them on how to operate with a major retailer.
• Designed own training course on New Launch Process and delivered to over 50 Supply Chain Analysts
• Held regular presentations to new suppliers to Asda explaining the Supply Chain network of the company
