Inside Sales Representative
CurrentEngage in various sales activities for a $8 million service branch with a focus on sales cases initiated and generated by field operatives. Work with field operatives to ensure repair quotations are quoted correctly within margin. Perform service review with customers providing offers/consultation from repairs within 24-48 hours of service. Prepare quotations for service work and parts using established monthly financial goals of $100,000+ and input from service department and or branch management. Quotations submitted from $0.00 to $250,000. Prepare and maintain sales cases in Siebel CRM software ensuring they are in the appropriate stage of sales funnel. Conduct frequent and regular follow up contact for all open sales cases. Maintain customer and contact information in Siebel CRM software, as required. Konecranes, Portland Oregon 2012-April 2016. Manage and direct a $3.5 million local service operation and Boise, Idaho. Forecast monthly budget for Portland, and Boise branch. Responsible for all procurement of parts for service repairs. Plan, schedule and dispatch service technicians to planned work and emergency repairs. Ensure effective use of operative labor, maximizing profitability and productivity at or above budgeted minimums without compromising safety or quality. Resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer and in best interest of the company. Ensure time tickets and expense reports are complete, accurate and approved according to company guidelines and that hours are allocated to the appropriate job and are properly classified. Analyze and report to management any significant deviations from original job plans or scope of work changes. Ensure 24-hour response is available or negotiate other agreeable actions with customers. Provide leadership in safe work practices by participating in monthly safety meetings and when necessary delivering the meeting material. Organize, document and report monthly safety meetings.
