Working as a contractor developing mostly mobile apps and games.

As a Project lead I provided high level drive of web projects and contributed strongly to system structure and to some degree to more detailed coding, but specifically to best practices. In addition the role provided the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders around the business to ensure transparency of the project aims and deliverables through clarity of communication.My primary responsibilities were to :- Meet with project stakeholders and gather requirements- Agree the scope of work to be done - Priorities within that work - And the timescales the work is to be done in.- Liaise with the technical team and stakeholders to get mutual understanding of the effort required for individual pieces of the work so that organisation of the project (delivery schedule) can be agreed.- Document the above and record stakeholder sign off.- Ensure the technical team understand the work to be done, prioritisation of that work and rationale behind it.- Ensure all project documentation is completed.- Ensure the day to day management of iterations is up to date and accurate.- Provide a conduit to project health for both Group Software Management as well as stakeholders.- Ensure the work is completed to the agreed timelines or functional scope.- Ensure code is to a professional standard- Where this is deviated from ensure the reasoning is documented and all project team are informed.- Ensure customer acceptance is defined, takes place and is signed off.- Contribute to technical discussions at a high level in order to ensure the correct product is made. This include architecture, code structure and technology selection input- Where practical, undertake detailed technical work and contribute to the code output of the group.- Code review and feedback to the team.

As Lead Developer I was taking part heavily in both the planning and development process and during development also worked as a contact between stakeholders and the development teamMy main responsibilities were to:- Create high level tools, api's and plugins for team members- Creating and/or implementing networking solutions for multiplayer games.- Code review and support to the software development team.- Feedback and technical support for the art team.- Ensure the work is completed to the functional scope.- Act as key contact between management and the team.- Recruit and interview new workforce.- Research and implement new technologies.

My job was to provide highly photorealistic renders about the interior design ideas and plans for high profile clients using mostly 3d Studio Max and Vray. I was working closely together with interior designers and architects to match their visions as closely as possible.

My main responsibilities were to create engine ready 3d assets and scenes for Unity’s webplayer mostly from real life references. My tasks involved modeling, sculpting, painting textures,rigging,animating and rendering.
