It was my job to set up and tear down job site. I was responsible for working up a punch list with site supervisor/owner and following up with the laborers to make sure that each detail was accounted for... Many times I would be responsible for multiple job sites and multiple punch lists.

• Modified standard drawings from aged prints and notes for current use• Modified “old standards” and hand drawn drawings to show new procedures and presented them in a new format• Worked closely with sales team and production manager deciding which products need to be modernized. Upon making these selections it was my duty to bring about these changes by updating the drawing files and submitting revisions for review

• Performed and directed overall store management• Responsible for inventory and money control systems• Directed staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards were maintained; as well as maintaining the standards of restaurant safety and security

It was my job to insure that all daily, weekly, and project specific goals were accomplished by formulating action plans in cooperation with the Call Center Manager, HR, education staff, and home office. Duties included coaching monitoring and continuous development of employees to insure that they were performing to the best of their ability. I was to report daily sales goals and successes to Call Center Manager, as well as form action plans to insure that all corporate goals were on task to complete on time.

• I was responsible for insuring that all day to day activities were preformed accurately by hourly employees. This was accomplished by hiring, training, and monitoring performance on a daily basis• I was responsible for staffing, scheduling and maintaining acceptable labor costs as well as food costs, product ordering, basis HR and paperwork• I received Manager of the quarter 3 times while with this company. We also received Store of the year the first and third year I was there.
