I am a determined worker that when thrown into a task, is willing to do anything to make sure it is done properly. At Lowe's Home Improvement I was promoted to Flooring Specialist when I was only 21 years old, which made me the youngest specialist in our region at Lowe's. I exceeded my sales goal every month since I started the position and was ranked in sales variance in our region. During the development of my skills in sales, hands on construction, and project management, I found myself very well versed in the purchasing field. I am not only able to exceed in the ability to find skilled trades, but also help design and manage the construction of the project. Although young, I am thirsty to make the company I work for the best in its field, where It can be recognized as having the most efficient and productive team on the market. I strive to help develop and educate the team that I work with to achieve this goal of being the best, because the company you work for is only as good as the teams within it.
