VIZI is a technology-enabled care system, providing clinical, operational, and financial integration to delegated risk providers with proprietary software and business systems. During my tenure at Vizi, I lead an initiative from contract to implementation to provide In-Home Health Assessments for P3 Health Partners of Tucson. The contract covered approximately 15,000 lives and required the hiring of over 20 nurse practitioner and call center staff members. From leading the daily stand up to driving team wins, the program was successful then and continues on today. Other duties included process development, training, revenue cycle management, AR/AP, daily ledger, software module development, and training for staff and clients. Daily reporting and monthly presentations to ownership were standard.

Carepointe® is a Population Health Management Software, it improves service delivery and provides clinical tools for providers caring for high-acuity senior populations during a transformational shift in payment methodologies. I have been on the product and development team since the first release.

OnPointe Medical: a Population Health Management Company providing clinicalservices to Arizona Priority Care a Health Net® Managed Care partner in Arizona.Here, I served as the Business Office Director. This role included overseeing the Care Service Coordination and Intake departments (Dozen or so Employees) as well as being the onsite Human Resources Director. Duties include the onboarding and payroll for over 100 employees and contractors. Also process development, training, revenue cycle management, AR/AP, daily ledger, Intacct collaboration with corporate accounting, software module development, and training for staff and clients.

Universal Care management: An offshoot of Universal Home Health, UCM was at the forefront of Population Health Management and the first to Introduce concierge style healthcare to the Phoenix area. The goal was to reduce hospitalization and healthcare spend with a combination of Transitional Care Management and Annual Wellness visits conducted by nurse practitioners. Key components to achieving this goal was a 24 Hour Care Line answered by medical assistants and a proprietary patient management software called CaseE. Although UCM had Home Health DNA, it was very much a start-up company. Something I was very used to. I had many duties which included project management, process development, some coding, policies and procedures, staffing, reporting, and establishing logistical strategies for valley-wide coverage.

Churn Creative: a digital media agency serving the Kansas City area and specializing in digital signage, training development, advertising, video production and web application development. Churn began as a one-client, one-man show (me), it quickly grew to having a large sandwich chain among many clients. Churn found it’s niche in video production and digital signage, producing everything from training videos to television commercials. Churn also created the Jobs Incubator web application, you may remember it as the “match.com” for employment? if not, no worries, how about the “Do what you wanna do, Waldo” commercials? it’s ok, that was ages ago (see video links below) My Churn days were filled with project management, operations, art direction and the remaining 80% of the day went to billable production. This led to long hours, though I wouldn’t have changed a thing.

NSA was a Granite Countertop, Fabrication and Installation Company serving the Kansas City metro, thousand of tops fabricated and installed. At peak, we were fabricating granite tops for Nebraska Furniture Mart, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. My roles included overseeing day to day operations, accounting along with CAD design and CNC operation.

Virtual Home Tours of Kansas City was Virtual Tour Production and Web Hosting company servicing the Kansas City residential and commercial real estate industry. When you went to HomeTourKC.com, you'd find Real Estate listings much like a Multiple Listing Service exclusively featuring virtual tours and 100% open to the public. This was pre-Zillow and served the same function in defiance of the MLS.
