My leadership experience coupled with expertise in coaching as a PCC certified coach, has helped me to successfully work with executives in both the private and public sectors enabling these leaders to get better results. My executive and law clients have presented a wide variety of topics to be coached on such as communication, managing up, goal setting, change management, process improvement, time management, stress reduction and executive presence. I rely on neuroscience principles in coaching to facilitate change. Through my coaching, executives improve their leadership effectiveness by combining the strengths of their authentic style with an awareness of their impacts on others to reignite and recharge their passion for leading.
