Having done every job in QA, from simply running test cases to analyzing requirements and developing an overall product test plan, Bob is uniquely qualified to lead an entire test team as well as perform at the highest level in all roles. Bob is the guy you want to have on your side, both as an engineer sweating bullets to get a product out and as a product manager sweating bullets to make sure it's ready. He is always willing to do what it takes to meet deadlines, to go the extra mile in analyzing code changes to help minimize test impact, and to work with all of the stakeholders to bring a release to completion.
