• The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring smooth implementation of program and operations’ activities and adherence to logistic, human resource, administration and security.

• The Project Manager is required to co-ordinate and manage Child Protection and GBV Projects funded by NORAD in Uganda, in line with international best practices and relevant guidelines, ensuring that proposed results.
• You will be responsible for supervising project staff to ensure timely and quality implementation and monitoring of the project activities and support the orientation and ongoing training for child protection staff on.
• You will be responsible for reporting in line with donor and Plan International’s requirements, tracking and managing project expenditure including monthly budget forecasting and budget revisions and supporting.

• Define the Livelihoods and Resilience Approach and Program to be implemented in the Country to realize the National Office Strategy.
• Set, contextualize and enforce education sector standards (in line with Global, and Regional Livelihoods and Resilience Standards) to be adhered to by implementing staff and partners.
• Oversee the coordination of TP implementation within and outside the AP (national or sub-national), including the drafting of detailed implementation plans, to ensure the timely and successful implementation of AP.
