Robert holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Nairobi. He is the managing partner and founder of ROBERT CASE & PARTNERS ADVOCATES (formerly known as Ombuna Ongeri Advocates which was founded in 1997. Robert is an alumina of the Alliance High School and the University of Nairobi where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Upper Honors degree (LLB) in 1994 and later with a master’s degree in 2006. Robert possesses a wide and in-depth experience in court practice throughout Kenya. Since his admission in 1996, he has handled and successfully prosecuted a lot of legal briefs in virtually all courts in Kenya and has appeared before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. Since admission, he has prosecuted to conclusion over 2500 insurance, debt collection, compensation cases, environmental and commercial matters in Kenyan Courts and tribunals. With time he has acquired and now possesses extensive and valuable experience in litigation and has a mastery of the rules of procedure, evidence, trial practice and procedures in commercial law practice. Robert has invaluable experience relating to the perfection of all securities for financial institutions and in commercial and property matters which come in hand for most of the corporate clientele.
