The role is accountable for developing and implementing process and reporting that drives increased transparency and improved business performance. This role has responsibility for co-ordinating the process to ensure a robust business plan and annual budget that links to NewCo’s Corporate Strategy is in place and robust forecasting that gives an accurate view of expected future performance.
