As a research assistant in the MRI lab at Children's Hospital, I wrote and improved routines in Matlab and E-Prime for use as stimuli in functional MRI experiments. I also designed and produced a device to initialize stimuli routines on a laptop in sync with the MRI machine upon receipt of a fiber optic pulse.
