Managed a multi-year project to develop and deploy an Integrated Property Tax System for the County of San Diego, California. The system consists of an application that provides tax recording, assessment, collection, and disbursement functionality along with a public facing web portal. The system will process over $4.5 billion in property tax revenues annually covering over one million parcels of land in the County. 34 direct reports.

Senior Project Manager: Managed a globally based team on a $3.4 million Collection and Recovery enterprise application integration for a large Canadian bank. Involved migration and conversion of the bank's $500 million retail and small commercial portfolio enabling use of a web based UI C&R application.Program Manager, HNC. Directed a five year $15 million enterprise predictive analytics fraud detection software contract for the Department of Defense (Navy, Army, Air Force). Between July 2009 and June 2011, system has processed over 25 million purchase card transactions, valued at over $25.4 billion. Previous PM responsibility for implementing enterprise fraud detection applications with VISA USA, Bank of America, G.E. Capital, and First Data Corporation.
