This role involved general assistance in the day-to-day operations of an Amazon FBA business which included administrative work, research and online sourcing of appropriate and suitable products, and packaging/preparation of products for delivery.

As a team member at Our Plaice, I gained valuable experience in customer service, punctuality, and teamwork. My role involved coordinating and executing delivery orders, ensuring they were accurate and timely, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I also had the pleasure of greeting customers, occasionally taking orders, and handling transactions at the front of the house, ensuring a friendly and efficient service. Working closely with my colleagues, I contributed to a positive and collaborative team environment. Additionally, I was responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and assisted in various tasks to support smooth daily operations.
