Bob joined Sisterson & Co. LLP in 1989. He previously directed the Firm's financial consulting services practice, including litigation and claims services, valuation services, acquisition and divestiture consulting, and other services. He was a member of Sisterson's Energy Industry Niche Team, Lender Services Niche Team and Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Niche Team. Bob served a diverse group of clients during his career, such as manufacturers, real estate developers, investment companies, financial institutions, retailers, wholesalers, contractors, private foundations, oil and natural gas drilling and development companies, high technology companies, metals processors/brokers, materials storage/handling companies, and business service providers. He was responsible for many business advisory and investigative services engagements regarding litigation and claims, valuations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing, cash management, reorganizations, liquidations and other matters. He previously oversaw the Firm's continuing education program and serves as a speaker at training courses and seminars on accounting, auditing, litigation and other matters. Bob is in the process of completing a number of existing litigation projects and stopped taking on new assignments. He will fully retire when his existing projects in process are finished.
