I have the privilege of leading an amazing and talented delivery team. Our team delivers an unparalleled services experience for one of our largest and most important Dell Technologies Select customers. Supported by over 2000 Dell and partner team members, we are responsible for the design, implementation, and IT operations for this extremely important Fortune 50 customer. The global scope includes data center, cloud, platform engineering, service management, service desk, end user computing, telephone solutions, and networking, storage, server, HPC, HCI, and much more. We sell and deliver outcomes in the as a service model, including sizing, costing, procurement, installation, delivery and project management for all sold services at the account. In so doing, we often blaze the path that creates new services and new ways of marketing and consuming Dell products and services.
