Insight And Evidence ManagerTransport Focus Jun 2015 - PresentLondon, United KingdomAs a member of the Insight & Evidence team at Transport Focus, my role involves conducting research among transport users. My primary role is to manage the Your Bus Journey survey, which gathers the views of over 35,000 bus passengers across the year. This is a considerable project management task, involving stakeholders across the bus industry, as well as managing the relationship with our research agency - I'd liken it to a multi-country study!I've also presented the findings from our research to the major bus groups, local transport authorities and wider industry groups.Alongside this, I am currently working on a survey of lorry driver experiences at roadside facilities on the motorways and major 'A' roads in England. I helped to develop and now oversee the organisation's Data hub (provided by a third party), an open access portal containing the results from all of our major transport user surveys. -
