I was an independent event technician for 11 years. Luckily, at the beginning of 2020 I got a permanent position in the culture and theater sector and I am now the technical director at the RambaZamba Theater in Berlin. I love and am grateful for what I do and what I do it for! I want to offer people who, like me, love their job but are "stuck" financially or professionally, the opportunity to live their passion as well as to be able to treat themselves to a good life. As much as I love the industry and my job, I have realized that this will not make me financially free and that it will be difficult to make sensible provisions for "old age". I want to be able to choose my exit from the job myself and already be able to afford more freedom, such as long trips, time with family and friends. I want to inspire other people and support them in achieving their individual goals.
