Responsibilities• Provide routine updates to the Burgess Reimbursement System, which is used by Medicare Advantage claims processors to handle pricing exceptions.• Perform routine testing on various applications whenever Microsoft releases their latest security patches. -Test and validate the CMU Interface to ensure it returns a list of previously created requests. -Test and validate that Med-Advantage batch runs correctly in TEST, DVLP, and RLSE. -Supply a list of claims in Facets Test, load the claims into the Health Mason database, and test that the claims can be process successfully. -Test and validate claim estimation and claim submissions are working properly in POS Direct Test (RTCA). -Perform test runs of various batch jobs and investigate the log files produced to ensure correct functionality.• Provide and deliver code changes and/or additions to batch jobs, extensions, written in C#, PowerShell, and Java.• Create Change Requests and orchestrate deployments.• Maintain and routinely update documentation for my team’s wiki site.• Participate in Agile/Scrum practices with the team including: Daily Stand-ups, Refinement Sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, etc.

Responsibilities include developing, designing, and coding the company's website and applications that interact with the site. The owners of the company are childhood friends of mine. This is part time and is strictly on a "when available" basis.

Provide tier 1 phone, on-site and service desk Windows support and coordination. Respond to end user requests by troubleshooting and restoring routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing and resolving faults using established procedures and processes. Thoroughly document work flow for every incident, request, update, and resolution within a ticket management system. Recommend process improvements for problem prevention. Maintain technical instructions for standard processes. Provide support for any approved software (including operating systems), single and multifunction printers, mobile devices (including mobile phones, scanners, label printers, etc.), desktop phones, network related incidents/requests, installation requests, account management, or any general purpose question the user may have. Escalate problems to Tier 2 or 3 as required
