Complete Facility operations and Supervision of all (Non-Educational) staff Maintain over 100,00 sq. ft. of property with equipment for Chillers , Boilers , HVAC Units, Lighting, electrical, pneumatics , hydraulic, Indoor & Outdoor Labs, Grounds on & off site facilities, Staff, & Records. Coordinate and schedule all activities under direction of Detroit Public Schools and U.S. Metro Group Mandate, liaison to all Contractors and outside entities.
