As a PR Intern at Mind Motors, I manage social media accounts, coordinate project timelines, and contribute to communication strategies. I bring hands-on insight from my experience with electric karts in high school, adding a unique perspective to our messaging on electric mobility. My role involves developing engaging content, tracking audience engagement, and collaborating with team members to strengthen our brand’s online presence while promoting our commitment to STEM education and electric kart racing.

As the Secretary of the Applied Science and Engineering Club (ASEC) at Irvine Valley College, I organize club events and plan field trips to local STEM facilities. I coordinate transfer talks with professors and counselors from California State Universities and University of California campuses, providing students with valuable insights about transferring. I manage our social media accounts to promote events and engage members while capturing photos and videos of our activities. Working closely with my fellow board members, I foster collaboration and support recruitment efforts to attract new members. This role allows me to enhance my leadership skills while contributing to the academic success of my peers.

As a Youth Sports Coach at i9 Sports, I have the rewarding opportunity to inspire and teach kids the fundamentals of sports in a positive, fun, and safe environment. My role focuses on helping young athletes build confidence, learn teamwork, and embrace sportsmanship values. I’m dedicated to fostering respect, encouraging friendly competition, and promoting active, healthy lifestyles that kids can carry with them on and off the field.

As a Dragon Council Ambassador for the Dragon Kim Fellowship Program, I take my leadership to the next level as an esteemed alumni representative. In this role, I serve as the first point of contact for guest speakers during calls, assist training staff at weekend events, and play a crucial part in planning and creating cohorts and activities.My key responsibilities include recruiting new fellows by organizing and inviting them to my own information sessions, serving as a cohort coach to guide and support participants, and building and organizing alumni connections through events. This role has been an excellent opportunity for me to foster community and inspire the next generation of leaders in the Dragon Kim Fellowship Program.

The Dragon Kim Fellowship Program is a social entrepreneurship incubator designed for students in grades 9-12. Each fall, student teams submit service project ideas, with select projects invited to join a cohort from March to August. During this tuition-free program, teams receive up to $5,000 in seed funding and training from the Foundation team. Participants benefit from a dedicated business mentor, three training weekends focused on leadership and business skills, and the goal of completing their projects or achieving significant milestones by August. The program culminates in a celebratory Dragon Graduation, where four standout projects are chosen to compete in the annual Dragon Challenge Gala for additional funding. The program is open to students in California, Nevada, and Arizona.

Creative Labs is a nonprofit organization I co-founded with my best friend, Carson Ly, dedicated to providing free STEM education to underserved children. Our mission is to inspire and empower students from lower-income communities to pursue careers in STEM fields. Since our launch in 2023, we have positively impacted over 500 students in Orange County, offering these opportunities at no cost. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education and the chance to explore their potential in science, technology, engineering, and math.
