• Managed and developed compliance reports against SRM Source Control Drawings and Interface Control Drawings to support successful shipment of motors to the customer.• Conducted FMECA on SRM component designs to identify key & critical features, and their respective controls. Worked across engineering disciplines to ensure that all aspects of the design were accounted for and represented.• Created and revised drawings in a 3D model with PMI using GD&T best practices. Throughout the process, stakeholders were engaged to ensure agreement on all changes, culminating in successful design reviews with all parties.• Collaborated with the customer to write requests for waivers or changes related to the Interface Control Drawings and performance specification requirements. Managed the system that the waiver/change requests resided.

• Led systems engineering team by maintaining the team schedule, prioritizing and delegating tasks, conducting customer requirements working group meetings, and overseeing the release of our performance specification. Resulted in timely releases of the performance specification.• Utilized Model-Based Systems Engineering processes to manage and trace requirements and verification in a Cameo model. Collaborated with engineering teams to determine the allocation of requirements and their verification plans.• Reviewed customer changes to the performance specification and coordinated with engineering teams, management, and the customer to determine the impact of the changes. Accepted changes were presented in a package to the Change Committee Board and then implemented into the performance specification.• Led compliance reviews for multiple engineering teams and worked to ensure that engineering design and analysis reports & test reports were clear and compliant with the customer's requirements.• Owned a weekly working group meeting with the customer to discuss requirements and verification related issues, future updates to the performance specification, and potential changes needed.• Presented in and supported key meetings with the customer in CDR, Technical Interchange Meetings and weekly working groups.

• Took charge of updating and adding future builds to the program's configuration trees and ensured that the diagrams were consistent. Led peer reviews and presented the changes to the Change Committee Board.• Authored and revised multiple SRM static fire test plans and reports. Collaborated with team members to receive feedback, identify changes needed, and led tabletop reviews of the updates made.• Ensured the accuracy of charts for a Test Readiness Review and presented them during the internal review.
