- Leadership of transport team, 5 FTE for national and 8 FTE for international flow;- Follow-up of imports and exports logistic flow and customs clearance through third-party brokers;- Evaluation and review of operations procedures;- Definition of the scope for contracting national and international transport;- Support to the tax area for issues of tax benefits, ICMS state duty, Drawback and others;- Definition and evaluation of performance and productivity KPIs and improvement actions;- Average volume transported of 40 K tons per month, 80% China origin.

- Management of all import / export operations for 2 Plants in Brazil (Betim/MG and Goiana/PE - medium FOB value 2 million USD/month);- Manage cross functions to make sure the Customs clearance process runs compliant and smoothly, managing of 3rd party provider (broker);- Engage in process improvement activities from Customs/Logistic perspective;- International freight management and analisys for best routes to reach both best transit time and cost effective;- Estimation of duties and expenses plus validation of all costs paid for each import;- Evaluate import / export classification and fiscal benefits applicable to all operations.

• Supervision of a team of approximately 30 people in the area, responsible for an average monthly volume of 3,000 processes (import declarations) per month of 20 different import companies of Fiat Group consisting an average value of US$ 250 million FOB/month;• Responsible for analyzing new import procedures, optimize human resources and also structure better utilization of tax benefits, with the support of the tax area;• Follow-up of new ongoing projects in the group and evaluate respective impacts on the import process;• Participation in the advance meetings of these projects, in both English and Italian language;• Accompaniment and collection of the activities of the customs agent, such as registration of import declarations, customs clearance, costing, documentation, expenses and others;• Responsible for evaluate personnel volumes and needs, as well as interviews of employees hired for the area;• Involvement with other business areas and international suppliers to resolve conflict situations, errors, incorrect / insufficient documentation, directing all stakeholders to the solution, ensuring continuity and regularity of operations;• Analysis of import processes under the fiscal and tax aspects, including EX tariff;• Experience in international travel for workshop and process development for the best import flow to Brazil (China and Italy).

• Contribution to the development, implementation and homologation of the system of import control used in the company (E-COMEX of NSI), also acting as "key-user" of the system, making all the parametrization;• Access to customs systems (SISCOMEX, MANTRA) to monitor the goods arrival and custom clearance;• Elaboration of controls and preparation of managerial reports, collection of strategic information and others, using the data extraction tool Oracle Discoverer;• Knowledge of the application of imports in the RECOF automotive and Drawback mode;• Development of contingencies regarding the impacts of the customs system SISCARGA;• Experience in follow-up of production and shipment with external suppliers;• Intermediate suppliers and the purchasing department to solve doubts in the negotiations and conflicts of understanding between them;• Issuance of boarding instruction to suppliers abroad;• Verification and analysis of the Fiscal Goods classification (NCM) and complete description of the materials in Portuguese to attend customs needs;• Import license issuance (IL) for controlled products; Participation of analyzes made by the company about used machinery and / or equipment and search for alternative solutions to enable these operations;• Experience in managing third party brokers and respective cash flow to pay the expenses;• Shipment follow-up, transit-time, arrival and logistics and customs flow of cargo;• Control of documents needed to import CBU vehicles (CAT and LCVM), and respective import license needed;• Control of Temporary Import Processes special modality, with knowledgeof their respective peculiarities.
