Nearly 9 years of managing precast concrete projects. Typical duties include: sales, estimating, preparing submittals, reviewing plans, meeting with contractors or engineers to discuss projects, scheduling precast products for production once approvals are issued, coordinating delivery of made items to project site by working with contractors schedule, maintaining appropriate project documents such as change order documents, Buy America Certifications, submittals, and SCR entry's. Over the course of my tenure at Geneva Pipe, the sales team I am on (consists of 1 Outside Salesman and 1 Project Coordinator) were the top 1 or 2 in sales consistently each year. I was consistently the top 1 or 2 in amount of projects quoted as well. I was chosen to be some of the first team members to learn new software when it was released, so that I could assist and train those other team members in my office. I feel I was selected for this because of my leadership and knowledge. I take pleasure getting to know the contractors I serve, and work to grow a friendship as well as a working relationship, so when issues arise, we can quickly come to terms and create a corrective course of action. I also enjoy working with other team members, and providing insight for those with less experience.
