Tracked and communicated issues within the over 4000 Soldier organization. -Planned operations in a fiscally constrained and uncertain environment to move over 4000 Soldiers and over $100 million of equipment across country and overseas on time.-Planned and tracked the successful on time closure of a Brigade Combat Team with over 4000 Soldier transfers, $1 billion property transfers, 60 building transfers, and culminating ceremonies to preserve the Currahee "Band of Brothers" history. -Worked across varied agencies and multi-nationals as a liaison that formed systems for a new larger brigade Afghanistan HQs with 5 x larger area and 3 x more nations involved.

Commanded and controlled infantry company of over 100 Soldiers. Responsible for everything the company does.- Trained unit from individual skills to an 80 Soldier combined artillery, helicopter, vehicle, and infantry live fire assault with no major investigations or issues in the unit. - Deployed and led unit in a partnership with an Afghan National Army Kandak of over 800 soldiers responsible for one of the most contentious areas in Afghanistan. Influenced the Kandak to patrol in to new areas. - Maintained leadership and accountability of 6 x 20 soldier teams across a battle space from our own remote base for three months with no casualties.

Second in charge of a 130-300 soldier company and assumed the role of the company commander in his absence. Supervised all operations related to maintenance and servicing of company equipment valued at over $30 million. Supervised the operations of all 10 administrative and logistical support soldiers in the company. Resourced all necessary land, ammunition, and sustenance.- Oversaw the maintenance recovery of over $30 million equipment following deployment to Iraq in time to move across country to new base.- Moved a 160 man unit to a new base over 200 miles away in Germany with zero property loss and over $5 million dollars of property recycled prior to movement.- Cross-trained clerks in a convoy machine gun live fire. Then planned and executed the ground movement of over 30 mechanized vehicles of the headquarters over 50 miles on German roads with no property loss.

Directed the administration of a task force of 1200 personnel. Managed the task force commander’s calendar. Over saw the social activities of the task force. Supervised the quality, tracking, approval, and routing of all administrative actions of the task force.- Successfully redeployed and reintegrated over 1200 soldiers from Iraq back to Germany with all applicable awards and evaluations.

Led and directed the mainland combat force and core strength of the Army. Led operations specific to the infantry and led others in all areas of land combat. Coordinated and managed the employment of infantry Soldiers at all levels of command in U.S. and multinational operations. Commanded and controlled a mechanized infantry platoon of 40-50 Soldiers. - Trained and led a 43 soldier platoon for 6 months in Iraq escorting over 100 advisory teams with no casualties.
