My passion for marketing starts with data. I love data. I love sifting through it, organizing it, structuring it, but mainly, I like using data to tell stories. That is what drives me every day. Today, I use that to drive my work as the leader of Paid Social at Target. We're a team of subject matter experts, tasked with leveraging Target's social media dollars to drive better business outcomes for Target through better experiences for our guests. My goal is for every guest interaction with a social media ad to deliver value - value to guests, and value to Target. And that comes to life through best-in-class use of data, technology and the skills of my team members. Here's how I got here:Experience:• Marketing and Advertising since 2006, working with clients across multiple industries, including Retail, Entertainment, Telecommunications, Financial, Information Technology and Consumer Packaged Goods. • Started in traditional media but leaned into programmatic and social in 2009 and have been working in digital ever since• Came to Target in 2012 to work on "paid social," going from consulting on campaigns to building out an Always-On performance marketing practice, establishing early products and practices for social vendor marketing, and managing media buys across all of Target's funding sourcesGoals: • Add value to consumers through quality digital marketing, led by data and powered through constant attention and iteration• Drive business success for my clients by developing sound media strategies based on campaign analytics and industry expertise• Create platforms where creativity and performance can come together to work toward the goals mentioned above
