CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER (EMEA GE HEALTHCARE): Regional compliance leadership oversight (40+ countries) covering multi-jurisdictions and GEHC operations in low / high risk and sanctioned countries. Driving compliance standards across multi-site Commercial, Manufacturing, Distribution, Marketing & Field Service operations with strategic oversight for embedding global / EMEA policy, procedures, controls, reporting and analytics frameworks. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORKS: General Counsel, CCO (Global & Regional) & Regional CEO / EMEA Leadership engagement on compliance strategy, best practice frameworks, emerging risks / threats, transparency rules, corrective actions, embedding a strong compliance culture and M&A integrations in a complex regulated environment. EMEA team leadership for Senior Compliance Officers (Sub-Regions) and several compliance specialists. REGIONAL COMPLIANCE STRATEGY: Oversight for direct / indirect sales (contract and deal due diligence, G2M strategies, local market compliance, competition law, digital sales channels, GDPR, payment transactions, transparency reporting data and anti-bribery laws). Led EMEA Distribution Compliance Program (strategic partner and distributor relationships), Manufacturing (multi-site facilities, high-precision medical devices, intellectual property, revenue recognitions and country interactions) and Marketing (healthcare professional and government official interactions in a scrutinized environment). COMPLIANCE EXCELLENCE MODEL: Simplifying massive data and complexity into actionable outcomes on key topics with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Highlighting key risk areas using data analytics to give indications or detect issues, including executive reporting, monthly operational reviews and detailed dashboards.
