While there I learned all the jobs in the bread production department. I was promoted to a front-line supervisor after 10 months for 5 years. I supervisoed 25 B.C.&T. Union production workers. Pulled al the production planning reports and created daily production sheets for all departments, using 3 different computer systems: IBM green screen,Win 95, Win X/P, and ran a dot matrix form-making printer and laser jet printer.

While there I supervised nine Teamster Union employees. I coordinated deliveries of raw materials and packaging materials needed for production. I kept running inventories of bulk ingredients (sugar, starch, corn syrup, peanuts). I hooked up trucks and rail cars to be unloaded as necessary. I helped run the plant-wide annual inventory by assigning groups of tickets to teams and went with outside auditors to verify counts. I assigned deliveries as needed for production departments. I kept records of where all supplies were stored (nine interconnected buildings). I assigned teamsters to unload trailers of raw materials and packaging materials. I help weekly safety meetings with my employees.
