In the pursuit of integrity and meaningful work, Rob and his co-founders came together to determine how they could sound the alarm and drive change in the industry. Ultimately, they decided that the best way to truly change the system was to build a new exchange from scratch that would put the interests of investors first: The Investors Exchange. IEX is now the 8th largest global stock exchange by notional value traded.
