• Led efforts to establish a countywide emergency notification program; resulting in notifying over 1.4 million residents of imminent and/or occurring dangers, which increased citizen and visitor safety.
• Assisted with the execution of 31 installation contingency support/disaster events as the Wing Program Manager.
• Partnered with multiple civilian and military agencies for emergency planning, evacuation, disaster recovery, and logistical requirements during training scenarios and actual emergencies.

• Supervised vehicle maintenance quality assurance program and inspected, ensured security of critical assets.
• Performed pre-& post repair with quality inspections on a fleet of over 800 vehicles valued at $70M.
• Managed the completion of 100+ minor vehicle repairs while maintaining a 94% vehicle in-commission rate.
• Managed vehicles and vehicular equipment maintenance activities and functions while mitigating risks and hazards.
• Monitored and established maintenance priorities to determine mission requirements, operating procedures, and performance standards.
