Qualified in Hotel Management, I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years at all levels from lounge boy and kitchen porter to senior management in Five Star 'Leading Hotels of the World'. I also have a Diploma in Human Resource Management and worked for two years as a Recruitment Consultant with Richmond Recruitment Agency.My current position is my second period working with An Oige ( the Irish Youth Hostelling Association). I run their largest and busiest hostel based in Dublin City Centre and have also worked as a Liasion and Training Manager with the organisation nationally. I am currently a member of the An Oige Strategy Group developing a 10 Year Business Strategy for the Association.Specialties: Management, Team Building, Customer, Operations.
