Current-Specialize in claim function analytics by providing actionable insights and results to business partners. -Utilize system data to support and identify evolving loss trends, operational impacts and financial outcomes.-Propose, design and develop reports, measurements and implementation of KPI for the claims team.-Lead efforts on ad-hoc investigations for irregular patterns, cost trends to determine gaps between captured data and business processes. -Quantify impacts of policy and procedure changes through data analysis and software verification.-Assist in business planning and target setting processes.-Provide continuous analytical assistance to business partners in enhancing operational excellence and supporting sustainable profitable growth of the business
