I am a well seasoned professional with 30 plus years experience in the automotive industry. From tire and wheel sales, to service advisor, to wholesale automotive tool and equipment sales, I have a track record of meeting aggressive sales goals while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. I have demonstrated my abilities with conflict and complaint resolution satisfying both my clients and my employer. Throughout my career, my extensive experience and product knowledge has singled me out for several special assignments. These included the OEM division at ISN, as a Tier 1 supplier, I worked directly with Ford Motor Company engineers in selecting new product offerings for the Rotunda Technician Tool Program (RTTP) greatly expanding the product line as well as sales volume. I also served on the Ford General Service Equipment team working with the Ford area sales managers to facilitate capital equipment purchases.I never imagined that when my Uncle Tommy bought a Shell Service station and hired his teen aged nephew, I had begun my automotive career.
