Led transition of Merck Fleet from a Regional to a truly Global category through influencing and gaining the sponsorship of Global Leadership, leading cross-functional teams and leveraging global suppliers.Delivery of step change improvements in all core Fleet areas; vehicles, financial leasing, fuel, insurance and Management delivering savings, working capital efficiency and improved operations, notably successfully delivering a $900m Global RFP for Fleet Manufacturers.

Led multi-disciplinary international team to deliver Regional Fleet Transformation following Merck’s acquisition of Schering-Plough in 2009.Successfully transformed over $200m of locally managed spend from legacy organisations into a new fully outsourced regional model delivering significant savings and operational benefits.
