Working for Chefs International I've been able to use the skills I've developed to consistently control cost without sacrificing the integrity of the company I work for or the quality of the food we prepare. I've been able to manage a staff in multiple kitchens simultaneously and contribute to an already developed and established restaurant company. My performance has earned me the privelege of training all new kitchen managers for the company. Daily I learn more of my capabilities through challenge and adversity. Through emulation of simple practices and principles I've learned from others to consistently improve.
