As the Area Director of Pricing I am responsible for the overall revenue integrity of multiple lines of businesses for a Market Area. This area covers New England and Upstate New York made up of 62 business units. I establish all pricing guidelines and goals for the market area and sales staff. I lead the Market Area staff in pricing strategy, planning and execution for both our disposal and collection businesses. I monitor market-pricing conditions and competitor trends through strategic analysis to ensure our current strategies are appropriate and successful in pursuit of Disciplined Growth. I am supported by a staff of 2.

As a Market Area Sales Manager I was responsible for generating revenue by developing and executing a target Sales and Marketing plan. My department consisted of 27 people including two functional managers.

As a District Manager my primary responsibility was to manage the day-to-day operation of a 74 route hauling company, at two different sites, which included the supervision of 6 Department Managers and 140 employees.
