Yard Management System, Smyrna, TN – Lead Business Analyst. Worked closely with Nissan business owners and the cloud vendor to implement a new SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud-based application that manages incoming parts delivered by truck to Nissan warehouses and 3 manufacturing plants in the US. This effort included API development, AWS cloud design, message queues, and secured file transport.

Lead BA for a project to stand up a new port in Tacoma, WA. This port receives inbound vessel shipments of Nissan and Infiniti vehicles from Japan and South Korea. This project included interfacing with outside logistics vendor's IT department to coordinate development and testing.Lead BA for outbound vehicle logistics for a new manufacturing plant in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Worked with Nissan US and Mexico teams as well as the logistics vendor to develop the well integrated solution. Lead BA for the Vehicle Order Management - "Mass Configurator" project. Worked closely with Nissan executive management and developers to provide a new way of ordering and configuring vehicles as part of the dealer ordering process.
