Working closely with the Business analysts on clarification of business requirements and reviewing and approving proposed changes to systems both internal and external.Duties:• Responsible for preparing IT solutions regarding BSS systems. • Design and improve processes related to BSS systems.• Assisting the IT manager in preparation of project plans and making IT solution decisions.• Analyze reported issues in BSS systems and ensure proper resolution/escalation through support channels.• Coordinate internal and external teams for proper execution of IT solutions.Achievements:• Successfully delivered multiple IT solutions for new processes and services.• Prepared IT Service catalog and required documentation for ISO 20000 and ISO 27001.• Defined of ITSM processes within Billing unit for ISO 20000 certification.• Adaptation of issue tracking system (JIRA by Atlassian) for ITSM processes and issue tracking.
