Software Developer Worked as full stack software developer of a commercial ASP.NET MVC web application called Claim Manager. Claim Manager was used internally by SyMed employees as well as by medical billing professionals for input, management, presentation and output of medical billing information. Claims Manager was HIPAA compliant and was developed using MS SQL Server for the data layer, ASP.NET MVC for business logic and JQuery, HTML and CSS for the front end. Developed new application features by adding front end, business logic and back end code. Developed interfaces for connecting Claims Manager to external services and for allowing external clients to connect to Claims Manager. Worked directly with clients to help resolve certain support issues. Conducted meetings with new clients for discussion about implementation of client-specific custom features. Participated in weekly meetings where future development goals were discussed and planned by members of the management, development, billing and IT teams and in daily informal-SCRUM meetings where development team members discussed technical aspects of their daily work and where progress and daily schedules of individual team members were tracked and planned.
