3rd Officer on recently launched large Motor Yacht. Involved extensively in the build phase, duties included: assisting in the setting up of vessels SMS, training all crew in emergency duties, planning and implementing full drills as per SOLAS/PYC requirements, organizing the vessels PMS for LSA/FFE on board. Operationally, my role as 3rd officer enables me to continue the crew training and familiarisation on board, hold navigational watches whilst underway/at anchor, Maintain all LSA/FFE on board amongst other duties and projects assigned to my position.

Gained an in depth understanding of the way a deck team is run on a busy superyacht. Involved extensively in all aspects of working on deck including maintenance, anchoring and mooring, water sports, tender driving and holding navigational watches throughout the Med.
