Achieved an 80% reduction in startup time and a 90% reduction in heap usage. - Rebuilt TripAdvisor forum pages, including creating a new forum service.

Worked on C++ client for ttConnect as well as the CMS protocol plugin.- Developer for ttCert, a testing tool for FIX engines that enabled trading firms to ensure successful connectivity with other firms.

- Lead developer of Manage, the Ad campaign management and reporting tool, a large multi-threaded C++ application which provided a web interface for customers to upload, target, and report on ads.- Designed and developed System Health Monitor, a monitoring tool for detecting problems with ad trafficking and reporting systems.- Responsible for maintaining and improving various reporting applications used for customer billing. Involved addressing scaling issues, tracking down discrepancies and improving reliability.
