Created Technical Quick Reference Sheets, red-lined out of date electrical prints.***Daily Responsibilities***• Sole responsibility for troubleshooting mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLC controls & programming, burner & temperature control, chemical systems, paint booth controls, piping systems & fluid control, HEX & chiller systems.• Request for quotes / issue PO’s.• Plan for and supervise scheduled repairs, tank drains, and system improvements.• Daily system shutdown checklist, waste water batch treatment.• Backup for early morning startup and lab chemistry testing, cover for unhang hoist manual operator.***Maintenance Supervision / Management***• Prepared the maintenance work list and reviewed weekly repair priorities with maintenance department.• Supervised & instructed maintenance dept. during pump replacements, tank drains / cleaning, large improvement projects.• Managed & improved the spare parts list and organized / maintained spare parts storage.• Responsible for requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders, and receiving spare parts & maintenance components.
