AHSRobert is the Vice President, Facilities Management and Real Estate at Atlantic Health System reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Business and Strategy Officer. Robert is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience. Robert oversees an operating budget of $70 million that includes over 300 employees. He manages existing buildings (over 6 million square feet) in multiple locations as well as all new construction, design, facility master planning and real estate holdings; additional responsibilities include Plant and Biomedical Engineering along with Fleet service. Atlantic Health System is a multi hospital system that has completed over $3.0 billion dollars of expansion/renovation and created multiple campus master plans over the past fifteen years under Robert’s direction. Robert holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Bachelors’ Degree in Management from DeVry University and has been with Atlantic for 28 years. Prior to Atlantic, Robert served in a similar capacity for Cathedral Healthcare System, located in Newark, NJ.
