As both Founder and Managing Director, I oversaw a cross-functional team of 10 staff and personnel governing a diverse portfolio of partners, stakeholders, and customers in rental and retail, engineering, stock trading, and property management. I coached and trained staff and personnel to provision the highest level of service delivery, quality, and engagement including television. I also asumed full P&L accountability for the generation of operating budgets and forecasts. As a result, I successfully established and developed an enterprise that serves an evolving customer base of 13,000 to ensure client satisfaction and experience.

An engineering development company that has pioneered a leading new fuel technology that will be hopefully going to market towards the end of 2019. In this role, I have provided executive leadership over daily business operations, including human resources, marketing, sales management, procurement, engineering design and continuous improved. I interfaced with a broad range of external stakeholders to gather business requirements, define objectives, and scale products and solutions architecture geared to meet demands. Lastly, I facilitated two cutting-edge products, including a fully automatic plug and play system geared to reduce the public dependency on fossil fuels and a fully automatic fuel enhancement system that fits in the boot of any car. Attained two British Patents European pending for a cutting-edge product that increases fuel efficiency whilst also reducing hydrocarbons on Petrol Engines and NO & NO2 on Diesel Engines.

At the IBA, I governed the daily functions and activities or Independent Business Association East Midlands Ltd (IBA), which actively promoted interests of local enterprises and featured over 4,000 member companies. I originated and reinforced strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations to expand brokerage services and market reach. I also championed innovative promotional schemes that encouraged the opportunity for free market trading between members of the IBA and community at-large within organisational territory. Lastly, I enhanced educational and training schemes through the improvement in employment opportunities whilst promoting racial, cultural, and religious diversity.

An Engineering Company specialising in the Design Development and Manufacture of special purpose equipment for the metals recycling industry. Products included Copper Separation Systems, Aluminium Extraction Presses and Heavy Duty Cutting Equipment. Whilst in this role I procured, project managed and implemented a complete production line to separate copper out of redundant cable.

A highly successful Engineering Company Developing Vehicle Test Systems for the partial build stages of Production Manufacture , Distribution, Statistical Process and Quality Control within the Car Manufacturing Industry. Ford, ARG, Honda. Whilst in this role I was responsible for the overhaul sales department, project management of installations and implemented and commissioned many vehicle electrical test systems for major car manufactures for just in time manufacture, production, quality and statistical control. Thus improving major efficiency and profitability.

An interim management position to establish the successful implementation of a major new Plant Equipment process including a new Bookbinding Production Line and Just in Time Manufacturing. Whilst in this role I was responsible for the overhaul sales department, implementation of a new sales tracking system to co-ordinate with production control and was instrumental in the final commissioning of a high speed production line system to improve both efficiency and profitability .

A leading Development Engineering company specialising in Design Manufacture and Installation of Robotics, Special Purpose Machinery and Equipment for a wide range of industries including Major plc’s. Nabisco, Rowntree Mackintosh, ICI, GKN, Babcock. Within this role I was responsible for the overhaul sales of the company and was instrumental in the raising of venture capital to expand the business from 120k to 4.8 million with 3i plc
