Started as an electrician building machine control panels. Increase my skills by learning how to program various types of PLC, drawing prints, and improved my trouble-shooting skills. Also, during my time with LSB Industries I graduated from OSU-OKC with an associates dgree in Electronic Engineering Technology (studing part-time) while working 10-12 hour days and obtained a Oklahoma State Journeyman Electrical License. After graduating I was promoted to a position of 'Control Design Engineer' and after a couple of years or so I was given the title of 'Electrical Support Engineer'. Being involved as an Electrical Support Engineer my primary responsibility was to trouble-shoot and repair as needed various types product that production produced on the lines IEC. Also was responsible for editing and produce LOTO data sheets for equipment. Developed educational material and taught a basic electrical class and an advanced class for production workers to become familiar with the principals of electrical control as pertaining to the product line of IEC. Installed a new electrrical switch gear for the entire facility at IEC involving the maintenance department and outside contractors. The conversion from the old switch gear to the new took 26 hours to complete, the amount of time we were allotted to complete this task was 48 hours. I also, had the task to organise the new central electrical area with the Komax wire processing machine and a wire barrel farm to feed wire to the Komax, also, the area had an organized storage bins for the finished product of the Komax machine.
